Vegan dinner recipe

I finally made the soba noodle & tofu with peanut sauce dinner that I've been wanting. Ingredients...garlic, green onion, red pepper, tofu, liquid amino, frozen broccoli, frozen peas, fresh baby spinach, salt, pepper, peanut sauce and of course, soba noodles.

A word? Yummy.

I was very pleased with this choice, and it was yummy.

The other thing that I learned...light chocolate soy milk is not nearly as good as regular chocolate soy milk, but it's not too bad...I just like the regular one better.

So today has been a good day for learning things that I don't like so much and being able to know things I like better. Yay for learning
