Overall, aside from being hungry and slightly emotional, I feel pretty amazing. My skin looks good, I feel rested, I feel strong, I feel well circulated (is that a word or phrase that actually exists?). I'm wondering if I do have a gluten or dairy issue, because I feel so amazing and it's been 4 days without those foods. Of course it could be a number of things...since I have no dairy, wheat, red meat, gluten, sugar, processed food, table salt, alcohol, caffeine, nicotine...you know pretty much everything :)
