So my knee was bothering me last night, so I slept with it elevated...and that combined with some wine equaled a fail this morning...no run.
I think it's fine though, I'll make up that run tomorrow and then my long run on Saturday. My knee was still achy this morning so I'm listening to my body and taking my break today instead of tomorrow.
3.25 miles tomorrow, 5 miles on Saturday...no problem.
In other news, I am seriously questioning some of the decisions I've made recently...I am enjoying my thought processing and just need to allow myself to continue the path, provided I stay positive.
